Before you start the challenge, we encourage you to measure your neck, hip, and waist, and find out your current fitness levels with the body fat calculator from the US Navy. This will help you see the results of all of your hard work and dedication at the end of the challenge.

Step Four: Measure your waist
Step five: Once you take all of your measurements and write them down, you have to use the US Navy Calculator – Body Fat to find out your current body fat percent, lean mass, fat mass, and your overall fitness level.
